Projects & Modernization
Upgrades, migrations, and integrations—scoped to downtime windows, documentation reality, and what your team can support after we leave. This can be a full project, or a staged path that reduces risk and keeps production moving.
What we do in project work
- Modernization & obsolescence: PLC/HMI replacements, SCADA refreshes, staged hardware/software upgrades
- Migrations (planned cutovers): phased approaches that minimize downtime and allow rollback when needed
- System integration: machine-to-line, line-to-plant, and system-to-system handoffs across mixed vendors
- New installs & expansions: line adds, equipment integrations, I/O expansions, and commissioning support
- Documentation & turnover: backups, as-builts updates, network notes, and clear “what changed” handoff
How we keep projects sane: We plan around access and downtime, evaluate your current equipment,
and help you determine the right course considering your resources. Ugrades if you must. Spares where you can.
Signs you might consider an upgrade
- Hardware is obsolete or unsupported
- Backups are missing, untested, or scattered
- Intermittent faults are becoming “normal”
- Multiple systems need to talk, and nobody owns the handoff
- You want an upgrade path—not a shutdown-month surprise
